Policies

  • Boating Qualifications: We require at least one person per boat to be qualified and have previous experience driving boats.
  • Water Sports: Our boats are not equipped for tubing or other watersports.
  • Boating Safety Course: Note: Anyone born on or after January 1, 1989 and at least 16 years old is required to complete a boating safety course to legally operate a motorized boat or personal watercraft (PWC) on Wisconsin waters. The DNR recommends all boat operators complete a safety course. For the online boater safety course, visit www.dnr.wi.gov.

Cancellation Policy for Pontoon Rentals:

  • There is a non-refundable $25 fee for any changes or cancellations.
  • Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the reservation will result in a voucher for the reservation amount, provided the cancellation is made 24 hours in advance.
  • No-show or same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the reservation without any refund.
