A Wausau native who grew up exploring the Northwoods, Chad Bierbrauer turned a lifetime love of these lakes into Minocqua Pontoon Cruises, the only company fully permitted to run commercial pontoon tours on the Minocqua Chain. Since launching the business in 2004, he’s welcomed thousands of guests aboard with his signature blend of friendliness, humor, and deep local insight. Chad’s storytelling chops were honed far from Wisconsin: after earning an English degree with a minor in environmental science at St. Cloud State University, he guided white-water rafts through Alaska’s Chilkat Bald Eagle Preserve and the rivers of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, sharpening the natural-history knowledge he now shares on every cruise. Today he weaves glacial geology, wildlife lore, and colorful Northwoods history into relaxed, engaging commentary that makes each outing feel like time on the water with an old friend.
Hey there! I’m Jordan — a 22-year-old full-time college student working toward my dream of becoming a veterinarian. When I’m not buried in textbooks, you’ll find me in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, helping you plan your perfect day out on the water or snow. I’m a friendly, outgoing face around here, and whether you're looking to cruise on one of our pontoons or gear up for some snowmobile fun, I’m here to make booking your adventure easy and stress-free. You might even spot me catching some sun on a pontoon — one of the perks of the job!
Jacklyn and her son Sebastian are an energetic duo who make the most of every season. When they’re not hard at work, you’ll find them embracing the outdoors — traveling, hiking, fishing, camping. For this adventurous family, nature isn’t just a getaway — it’s a way of life. Jacklyn works alongside Jordan year-round, bringing dedication, warmth, and a personal touch to every interaction. While you’ll occasionally catch them working together, Jacklyn is on the job five days a week and takes great pride in giving each customer a top-notch experience, no matter the season. Sebastian, age 9, is already a familiar face around the area and is often at the office. A true outdoorsman in the making — and definitely a future team member in training!
